The Phase 3 works for the renovation and extension of the “40 Arpents” school complex in Santeny have just started.

After 14 months of construction, we are inaugurating today the renovated Jean Grandel building, now renamed "Fabrique A."
Transformed into an industrial-style third place, the project hosts a production school, a startup incubator, the workshops of the City of Argenteuil, and a dining offer.
