After 15 months of construction, we are inaugurating today the renovated Jean Grandel building, now renamed "Fabrique A."
Transformed into an industrial-style third place, the project hosts a production school, a startup incubator, the workshops of the City of Argenteuil, and a dining offer.

Groundbreaking Ceremony – Argenteuil
The construction of the future creative and industrial third place in Val d’Argent has officially begun.
By autumn 2025, Fabrique A will bring together the Factory Academy production school, a new initiative from the L’Ouvre-Boîte business incubator, a space dedicated to local industrial activities, and a dining facility.
