Located in a ground-floor shell space within a residential building, the future clubhouse of TC Ménil is conceived as a place for meetings and conviviality for athletes, enthusiasts and visitors. It embodies the image of the club.

Access is provided from Robert Dupont Street through a transitional space featuring display areas, exhibition showcases and carefully designed seating. The clubhouse includes a restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the tennis courts.

It will be a space for exchange between users and visitors. The aesthetic of the place refers to the world of tennis, notably through a colour palette evoking clay courts. Complementing this design approach, a large part of the clubhouse is treated with poured terrazzo in soft tones. The clubhouse will also include a fitness room benefiting from a generous ceiling height. Material choices were made to ensure user comfort, including the use of wood wool panels on the walls and open-grid ceiling panels.
