Energy Renovation of La Ravinière School Complex
osny
Located on a site with two buildings divided into five distinct sections, the La Ravinière school complex integrates elementary education, school catering, staff housing, and extracurricular activities. The former nursery school has been relocated, freeing up space for these new functions.
The outdoor areas include student playgrounds and an educational garden, creating an engaging environment that encourages outdoor learning.
Our intervention is carried out on an occupied site and focuses on energy efficiency, aiming to achieve a 60% reduction in consumption in line with the 2050 tertiary decree. A Building Management System (BMS) will be implemented in accordance with the BACS regulation to optimize the building’s performance.
Project scope includes:
-
External wall insulation

Replacement of exterior joinery
